GEO
How GEO uses cookies on our website. We keep it minimal: login sessions and essential functionality only. No advertising trackers.
We use as few cookies as possible. No advertising trackers. No third-party analytics cookies. No social media pixels. Just the ones we need to make the website work properly.
Session cookies. These keep you logged in while you browse and make purchases. They expire when you close your browser or after a set period of inactivity. Without these, you would need to log in on every page.
CSRF protection. A security cookie that prevents cross-site request forgery attacks on forms. This is a standard security measure used by virtually every web application.
Preferences. If you make choices about how the site behaves, such as currency display, we store that preference so you do not have to set it every visit.
We do not use Google Analytics or similar tracking tools. We do not place advertising cookies. We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, or any other retargeting technology. We do not share cookie data with third parties.
Stripe, our payment processor, sets its own cookies when you reach the checkout page. These are necessary for fraud prevention and payment security. Stripe has its own privacy policy which governs their use of cookies.
You can delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from logging in or completing purchases, but the rest of the site will continue to work normally.
If we start using additional cookies in the future, we will update this page and notify users. Given our current approach, we do not expect this to change significantly.
